Registration includes:
- Full access to the symposium
- Coffee breaks on all symposium days
- Lunch on two symposium days
Workshop includes:
- Public transport
- Lunchbox (sandwich, beverage)
Please note that the conference dinner and workshop have to be booked separately.
The fees cover all three days of the symposium, single-day registrations are not possible. Due to logistic reasons, on-site registration and payment by cash is also not possible. There is a participant limit of 200 persons for the conference on site (including OC members and speakers), 80 for the conference dinner and 50 for the workshop.
Presenting your work
Registered participants are given the opportunity to present a poster at the conference. The posters will be on display and each poster will be presented in pitch style in front of the plenary audience during dedicated time slots (check the program for details).
Refund policy
Given that the USS is a small, non-profit event, refunds are not possible in principle, however the organizers may consider limited partial refunds on a case-by-case basis.
