Review and publication

Abstracts will undergo a light review through the USS Zenodo community. Please check My dashboard → My requests for the review status, approval or requests for edits. Community curators publish the record when they accept the submission. Zenodo assigns a DOI when the record is published, unless an existing DOI has been supplied.

While your submission remains unpublished and under review, you can update its files and metadata through your Zenodo dashboard. Once published, use Zenodo’s versioning process for substantive changes to the files. Please contact the organisers if you need to revise an accepted abstract. After the conference, slides, posters or supplementary material may be added as a new version of the existing record.

Posters and demonstrations

A corresponding abstract must be submitted through Zenodo. Two poster sessions are planned, on Thursday 8 April and Friday 9 April 2027. See the preliminary programme for their position in the schedule. Exact session times will be announced later.

The anticipated poster format is A0 portrait. The final format, printing, installation and collection arrangements, and any pitch or poster-PDF requirements will be announced. Authors are encouraged to include the USS 2027 logo.
